IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Welcome to THE RESIDEN. I hope that your stay with us is enjoyable.
If you experience any problems during your stay, need any information or service, please contact our Duty Manager on 07516 503740, available between 9am to 10pm. After 10PM this number is only available for emergencies such as fire / alarm, door locks, etc.

Housekeeping service:

Complimentary Weekly housekeeping services is provided to all our apartments from Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm. All linens are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. If you require any additional cleaning service, please contact our Duty Manager who will help to arrange this service at an additional cost.

Fire safety and Alarm:

In case of fire; operate the nearest fire alarm call point, leave the building by the nearest available exit, report to the person in charge of assembly point and Do Not return to the building until authorised to do so.
Please do inform the Duty Manager if you need any assistance during the time.

Smoking Policy:

Please note all our apartments are Non-Smoking and its strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. However you are allowed to smoke in the designated smoking areas such as balconies or roof terrace or outside the main entrance. Please look for the signs. Contrary to advising you about our policy on smoking we have discovered evidence of smoking in your room, a penalty of £150 will be charged to your account.

Damage to the Property:

If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of check-in. The Residen reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.

Important Note:

We do not allow any visitors after 7pm and all visitors must be registered prior to arrival to Duty Manager. Any unauthorised persons or trespassers will be prosecuted immediately.
